With so many celebrations and awareness days, both in the UK and worldwide, it can be hard to keep up. It’s nice to be able to use Tea and Cake for the Soul to help raise awareness of health conditions, charities and to promote compassion.
As well as the well known celebratory days such as Remembrance Sunday, Christmas, Easter and Halloween, I like to share acts of kindness that you can carry out throughout the year and give ideas of how you can do this without it costing any or little money.

Wow! The hidden side of loneliness. Loneliness is one of the major issues that leads to depression amongst the elderly. I applaud befrienders who try to cover this gap.
