HOW TO FOLLOW ME
If you enjoy my posts, I’d love it if you’d follow me.
The best way to make sure that you don’t miss out on any future blogs is to FOLLOW ME BY EMAIL and here on WordPress Reader. You will then get a teaser post sent to you each time I post. If it’s something that interests you click to read the full post, or simply delete if it doesn’t.
You can also follow me on social media. Although I have accounts on all platforms, I mostly use Instagram.
Instagram has become my favourite platform, even though I’m fairly late to the party. I have different accounts on there, and I just love sharing and viewing other nice photos for the feel good factor.
@teaandcakeforthesoul on Instagram focuses on some of the nicer things in life – UK & USA nature and travel, gardening, books, baking, crafts, and some of my recommended product reviews.
@street.art.hunter.uk on Instagram is now purely for art, street art, and other quirky things that have caught my eye.
@psychobillygigs is my music profile that includes gig photos from the 1980s to the present day from the psychobilly, rockabilly, ska, punk and mod music scenes. There will also be some old photos from 1980s scooter rallies coming soon.
I tend to use Twitter to share my blog posts, other bloggers’ and authors’ posts.
I mostly use Facebook for sharing blog posts, or to get a bit of a conversation going on certain Tea and Cake for the Soul topics. If you follow on Facebook, do sign up for push notifications as followers don’t always see posts.
The sign-up buttons for email, WordPress reader and all social media aaccounts can be found in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen (mobile/tablet), or right-hand side (desktop) or via the highlighted links.

PRIVACY POLICY/GDPR
Tea and Cake for the Soul is hosted on WordPress.com who have updated their privacy and cookie policies to comply with Europe’s new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) that became effective on May 25, 2018. You can read how they collect data and how that affects you the blog reader HERE.
When you access Tea and Cake for the Soul you will get a pop up detailing the WordPress cookie policy. You can either accept or edit your preferences by clicking on it.
Any external ads that you see on this site are placed without my control by WordPress. If you choose to click on them you do so at your own risk. Be sure to check out their own privacy and cookie policies.
If you sign up to the email notification service, you will be asked to confirm your subscription, and you can then unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email. The emails are automatically sent directly from WordPress every time I publish a new blog. They hold the details as described in the link on the first paragraph above.
I do not hold your personal details anywhere else, nor do I send out additional emails, or pass your details on to third parties.
If you use the contact form or chose to email me directly, those emails will be deleted after they have been addressed and again your details will not be held anywhere else or passed on to third parties.
My blog also publishes automatically to Facebook and Twitter and you can opt to follow on those social media. You can read their privacy policies on Facebook and on Twitter.
